Lecture 3 – Selection in systems with multiple loci

Here is the first draft of Lecture 3, which is devoted to the analysis of systems with natural selection and recombination. The subject is huge (there are books on this topic) and extremely interesting from the point of view of an applied mathematician. In a nutshell, such systems give an example of dynamical systems whose particular behavior is very difficult to study despite the tremendous progress in the pure mathematics studying general Dynamical systems theory.

As usual: any comments, suggestions and information on typos are very welcome.

P.S. Hopefully there will be no such long delays in the future…
