I looked through my lectures on the course I gave twice during the last couple of years and made some small changes, fixed a few typos, etc. Here are all the lectures together, in Russian:
- Lecture 0: A naive introduction to evolutionary biology
- Lecture 1: Hardy–Weinberg law and Principles of mathematical modelling
- Lecture 2: Natural selection in one-locus systems
- Lecture 3: Natural selection in multiple loci
- Lecture 4: Interplay of mutation and natural selection and Eigen’s quasispecies model
- Lecture 5: The Price equation, Hamilton’s law and group selection
- Lecture 6: Evolutionary game theory and the Replicator equation
It would be very desirable to add some material on quantitative genetics to this set of lectures.
