A new paper (a provisional pdf) appeared on the web site of Biology Direct journal, for which I wrote a review. I already mentioned about this journal: it has an unusual refereeing process — all the reviews are open, and if the authors are able to convince three persons from the editorial board to write a review, the paper is going to be published, no matter what (unless the authors decide not to). All I would like to say about this paper is in my review section in the pdf file. After the authors revised the text I cannot add anything to my original comments.
